This homemade vegetarian dish is one of a kind, made with fried, firm tofu mixed with stir-fried vegetables (bok choy, broccoli, mushrooms, and spinach). It is cooked and seasoned with a pinch of salt, sugar, pepper, and a tablespoon of MSG. Some soy sauce or oyster sauce to go over the stir-fry will add a hint of sweet Asian sauce to the overall taste.
