Claiming Real Fur as Faux Fur
British high-street company House of Fraser was found to be selling real fur gloves despite its strict fur-free policy. The company responded that they have returned all related products to the supplier and offered refund for any purchase of the particular brand. This incident raises concern about the transparency in the fashion supply chain. Because of the lack of clear labeling, both consumers and the company are not exposed to the production process, and thus would unintentionally promote unfair trade.
Moschino x Candy Crush
Drawing inspiration from various sources, from trash to fast food, Jeremy Scott partners with Candy Crush this year for Coachella. The colorful candies fit right into the festival season. What do you think about these brave pieces?
