Runway Your Way: Fantastic Fall Edge

Recently dubbed the “fantasy street collection” of fall, the pieces in Stacey Bendet’s fall 2013 collection for Alice + Olivia offered up looks with superior edge. Emphasizing leather as the season’s number one staple by playing with rich, dark hues, Bendet presented looks that had a combination of fur, sequins, and leather for ensembles that practically screamed autumn chic.

In the first Alice + Olivia look, the pleating of the skirt offers a flirty appeal while the tall, black leather boots give the outfit the perfect amount of edge. The second look, by contrast, makes a larger statement by pairing silver metallic leather leggings with a lace sweater and an over-sized fur vest. Together, the elements in these ensembles create a daring juxtaposition, presenting a sweet-yet-edgy charm that everyone will want to capture in their look this fall.
